forceteq®

Forceteq^® is the worldwide unique, patented stroke-/force measurement technology which is integrated in the XENAX^® Xvi servo controller. Therefore, forces can be directly measured without additional force-sensors and analysis instruments. Inserted parts always have slight differences in height dimension. To compensate for this, a “touch position” can be recorded and then the force-distance measurement starts from this recorded point. With Forceteq^® technology it is possible for the first time to execute a comprehensive quality control in a running process.
